This session mixes presentations, case studies, and interactive discussions covering trends, best practices, and benchmarks in membership marketing. Two former executives with 35 years in some of the top associations in the U.S. will present the keys to success in member relationship management, optimal strategies for lead conversion and acquisition, and membership retention.
