VSAE Logo Usage Guidelines |

1. |
Only VSAE members in good standing may use the logo in conjunction with their logo. |

2. |
When the VSAE logo is used, it shall in no way be altered from the original artwork. |
|
3. |
When the VSAE logo is used in accordance with 1 and 2 above, the member’s logo will appear more prominently with the VSAE logo at least 50% smaller in size than the member’s logo. |

4. |
The use of the VSAE logo will in no way imply VSAE's endorsement of any product, service, study, or activity. |
|
5. |
Any question regarding the use of the VSAE's logo shall be resolved by the Executive Vice President, the Board of Directors or individual designation. |

Newsletter
VSAE's monthly newsletter, Association Press, keeps members up-to-date on issues. It provides an advertising opportunity for suppliers of products and services to reach decision-makers throughout the year. Each year the VSAE newsletter advertising space sells out by October. Be sure to get your reservation in as soon as possible. Reservation forms are available in August.

Annual Conference
The Annual Conference is an event held in May each year which showcases educational, recreational and networking programs. There are a variety of sponsorship opportunities available to VSAE associate members. Registration forms are available in January. Sponsorships are available until they are sold out. The sooner the sponsorship is paid for, the more publicity your company's sponsorship will receive in our newsletters and conference promotional pieces.

Annual Membership Directory
An important resource tool, the Membership Directory is distributed annually in August. Executives use the listings and Facilities Guide as references to association suppliers. The Directory provides a year-round marketing opportunity for suppliers. Advertising space for the annual membership directory is now accepted year-round. Reservation forms, payment and artwork are all due by mid-June each year.

Fall Marketplace Tradeshow
The biggest event of the year is VSAE's Fall Marketplace Trade Show. Held the first Thursday each October, the Fall Marketplace provides suppliers with the opportunity to showcase their products and services in a trade show setting. The Marketplace attracts not only VSAE association executives, but also social, corporate and government meeting planners. Deadline to reserve a booth or a sponsorship is as long as we have them available. We usually sell out of booths by July. Contracts are available in January.

Holiday Event/Silent Auction
The December Holiday Luncheon and Silent Auction is one of the most popular events that VSAE offers. Both supplier members and association executives donate items for the Silent Auction. The money raised helps improve educational programs and services for members. Registration forms are available in August. We accept donations up until the event, but prefer to have the information in advance so we may setup the necessary information for the auction table. Attendance registrations are due by 10/31 or a higher registration fee is due.
