Rightsizing & Maximizing Your Membership Marketing

This session mixes presentations, case studies, and interactive discussions covering trends, best practices, and benchmarks in membership marketing. Two former executives with 35 years in some of the top associations in the U.S. will present the keys to success in member relationship management, optimal strategies for lead conversion and acquisition, and membership retention. We encourage you to bring samples and challenges to the meeting, as part of the session will be interactive focused on group problem solving for your unique challenges!

Attendees will learn:

Best practices in integrating campaigns and media in a manner that maximizes member satisfaction, retention, and overall performance within your budget.
How to self-evaluate your program to identify where it doesnt perform optimally, and to avoid the ten biggest mistakes in membership marketing programs today.
How to think through your challenges and find the best strategies for coping in todays economic challenges.
How to develop and implement a consistent communications and outreach plan.

VSAE education programs are a guaranteed way to earn credit toward the CAE designation.
You will earn points at both the seminar & luncheon toward certification or recertification.

This event is not part of the regularly scheduled luncheons for VSAE members. All attendees must pay the registration fee. ~~$35 if paid by 10/30/09.~~ $45 if paid by Noon on 12/02/09. $55 if paid at the door.
PLEASE NOTE: The first 180 members who register will receive a member gift.

Parking: Available in the parking deck located behind the Marriott (5^th and Marshall Streets).

Valet parking is available at $18 per car.
Parking is $4 per hour per car, with a $16 maximum per day. Hotel will provide discounted coupons to pay $8.50 per car, valid ONLY at the 5^th & Marshall parking deck. No in/out privileges.
